New Townhomes in Chino Hills – Jade Tree by KB Home

This weekend, KB Home opened it’s 3-new model homes for viewing at Jade Tree, in Chino Hills California. Located at the Southwest corner of Butterfield Ranch Road and St. Gaudens Drive, near Soquel Canyon Parkway, these new 3-story Townhomes feature 3-4 Bedrooms, 2-car garages with a floor-plan roughly in the range of 1600-1700 sq.ft.

I visited Jade Tree the week running up to the models being ready, as well as the day of. You can see the drone aerial footage and a quick glimpse of the models in the video below. The first erected building contains the 3-model homes, and KB plans for 65-units on the 4.62-acre site.
